Offering a selection of appetizers, including a fresh fruit platter,
Berry compote, juices and a choice of cereals

Back bacon, hash brown, tomato, mushroom, pork or vegetarian sausage, served with fried, poached or scrambled egg



Or a choice of Fish

Smoked haddock served with either poached or scrambled egg
Kippers with brown bread and butter
Smoked salmon and scrambled egg



Or a choice of

Omelettes (with a choice of fillings)
Poached or scrambled eggs on toast
Baked beans on toast
To round off your breakfast we offer a choice of wholemeal or white toast,
and a selection of homemade or diabetic preserves

Where possible we use only the best local produce, our bacon and sausage come from a
renowned local butcher and our eggs are free range.
